Clients agree to our policies when using www.badgirlpolefitness.com, MINDBODY and when making purchases.
Clients must respect all of the studio's policies. We reserve the right to deny service, cancel classes you're currently enrolled in or revoke memberships without refund for breaking any policy rules.

COVID-19
IF THE STUDIO IS MANDATED TO SHUT DOWN ALL ACCOUNTS WILL BE PAUSED AND CLASS OR PARTY CREDIT WILL BE ABLE TO BE USED WHEN WE RE-OPEN. PRIVATE PARTIES ARE ABLE TO RESCHEDULE OR PARTY PAYMENTS WILL BE ALLOWED TO BE TRANSFERRED TO CLASS CREDITS IF PARTY CANCELLATION WAS CAUSED BY AN ISSUE RELATED TO COVID-19.

PLEASE NOTE PARTIES CAN NOT BE CANCELLED IF THE ENTIRE GROUP DOES NOT HAVE COVID-19. IF GUEST ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE HOST OR GUEST OF HONOR ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FINDING REPLACEMENT GUEST.

ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST WASH OR SANITIZE HANDS UPON ARRIVAL.
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND CLIENTS COME DRESSED AND PREPARED IN ORDER TO LOWER THE SPREAD OF GERMS IN HIGH TRAFFIC AREAS.

LIABILITY WAIVER
All clients are required to sign/agree to a liability waiver prior to participating in any of our classes, parties and events.

REFUND/PURCHASE POLICY
Class/Session passes and all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Class/session passes and memberships can not be shared or transferred amongst clients.
RESERVATIONS
We do not allow walk-ins. To reserve your spot for our open classes you must register online by going to our class schedule on our website or logging into the MINDBODY APP. To participate in any of our classes reservation and full payment is required.
All clients must complete and sign our liability waiver in order to participate in any of our classes. We reserve the right to cancel classes at least two hours prior due to low enrollment. Our classes require at least three students to be held. If classes are canceled due to low enrollment an email and/or text will be sent to notify students and all class passes will be sent back to your Mindbody account.

LATE POLICY
We recommend to arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of the class to check in and prepare. New students MUST arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start of class. Existing students will not be allowed to participate if you are more than 5 minutes late. If clients are more than 5 minutes late you forfeit your class credit. Late arrival is disruptive to class/instructor and dangerous for you. The warm up is the MOST important part of a workout. If you miss the warm up you are more susceptible to injury. Once classes start, the door is locked for security and will remain locked until class is over.

EARLY CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
We require all clients to cancel as soon as possible if they can not attend a scheduled class. Any class reservation cancelled 12 or more hours prior to class will be considered an early cancel. Your class credit from the early cancelled reservation will be returned to your account with us through MINDBODY for future use.

LATE CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a 12 hour cancellation notice for classes. To keep classes at their rate and small class size this policy is heavily enforced. There is very limited space, if you know you will be unable to attend class, please cancel right away. No shows and late cancellations will forfeit their class credit. NO EXCEPTIONS. After 3 or more late cancel or no shows we reserve the right to cancel any future classes you are currently signed up for.

AGE LIMIT
You must be 18+. NO EXCEPTIONS.

NO SPECTATOR POLICY
The studio does not allow spectators to sit in and watch during any classes, parties or special events.

Expiration Time Frames
All classes are activated on the date of purchase and expire on their expiration date. Expiration dates cannot be extended. NO EXCEPTIONS.

(Pop-up classes, special events and workshops expire once the class ends. Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.)

Class/session passes and packs are limited to one student. Pricing options can not be shared or transferred amongst clients.

ALCOHOL/INTOXICATION
Alcohol or drugs are not allowed in the building.
Alcohol or drugs are not allowed to be consumed prior to or during any classes or events. We reserve the right to refuse service and dismiss anyone from class without refund or credit who is or appears to be under the influence.

FOOD & BEVERAGES

Food & beverages other than bottled water is prohibited in our facility during the pandemic.
Only bottled water is allowed.

WORKSHOPS, ENROLLMENTS & EVENTS
Workshops or Events are not included in class passes. Minimum participation is required to schedule and run these events. If the minimum is not met, a credit will be issued to your account. The prepaid registration serves as a commitment for you to attend the workshop/event. If you can not attend the workshop or event , it is solely your responsibility to find someone to take your place.
There will be no refunds issued and credit can not be transferred.

PARTY CANCELLATION POLICY
All party payments (deposit and balance) are non-refundable. To reschedule/or make any adjustment to a party package reservation we require a 7 day notice to avoid fees. You must reschedule email or text. If a party must be rescheduled 2-6 days (after the 7 day notice requirement) prior to the scheduled event, a late fee is applied to your balance amount. You must reschedule your party within a 30 day window from the date your party was scheduled. You can only reschedule as party/group.
Any parties rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance are considered a "late cancel" and the full payment will be forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS

PARTY BALANCES
Balance must be paid in full by noon 7days prior to your event. If balance is not paid by the required date and time a late fee is applied each day it is late. If the balance and late fee(s) are not paid by noon the day of the event the party is automatically cancelled and deposit is forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS.

PARTY ADJUSTMENTS
Upgrade and Downgrade adjustments to party packages must be made at least a day before your balance is due. Upgrading to party packages with longer durations are only approved if there is time availability. Once balance is paid or party is paid in full, packages can not be downgraded. There is a downgrade fee if you downgrade the day your balance is due.

PRIVATE TRAINING & PRIVATE COUPLE SESSION POLICY
Private training and couples must be rescheduled 24 hours prior to class to avoid rescheduling fees. Same day reschedule results in a rescheduling fee that is to be paid before you can apply your existing credit. If a session has to be canceled payment is not refunded.

PHOTO POLICY
NO photography/video during class time. Your phone must be silenced and put away before the start of class. Photos and videos can be taken during Freestyle/Practice time with the explicit permission of the instructor and any other clients that may appear in the photo/video.
